How it works
Order online and we'll send you a box. Pack your racket and send it in. A local tennis shop restrings it, and we send it back to you.
- Order online. Choose your strings (or get help choosing) and tell us where to send the box. No account is needed for a single restring.
- The box arrives. It's reusable, so keep it for next time. If you already have one, skip this step.
- Take one photo, then pack. A quick photo of your racket before it goes in the box protects you if anything happens on the way.
- Send it. Use the prepaid label. We email you when it reaches the shop.
- The shop checks it in. They photograph the racket as it arrived, and you get those photos and the date it's due back.
- It's strung and sent home. You hear when it's strung, when it ships, and when it's delivered.
How long am I without my racket?
Please allow 1 to 2 business days after your racket arrives for it to be strung and sent back to you.
